Osborne's budget speech: UK must run an absolute surplus in good years
FXStreet (Łódź) - Osborne says that cuts will be made in next parliament to lock in the deficit reduction.
• Charter for Budget Responsibility will be introduced.
• Welfare budget will be capped at 119 billion pounds in 2015-16 and the cap will rise along with inflation.
• 15% stamp duty will be imposed on people buying residential property through companies.
• Lending for exports will be increased to 3 billion pounds, interest rates will be reduced.
• 7 billion pound package will be introduced to reduce energy bills for manufacturers.
