Japan’s Nishimura: Not thinking of declaring a state of emergency now

Japanese Economy Minister Nishimura said on Thursday, they are not thinking of declaring a state of emergency now.

He said the government is considering setting up a panel to consider the COVID-19 emergency declaration.
