German top court judge: Bundesbank must decide on ECB bond purchases

Germany’s central bank, Bundesbank (Buba) must decide on whether it wants to withdraw from the European Central Bank’s (ECB) bond-buying programme, said Peter Huber, a conservative judge at the German top court who drafted the ruling, in remarks published in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung on Sunday.
