NZD/USD failing at 0.8780 again

FXStreet (Guatemala) - NZD/USD is trading at 0.8770, down -0.04% on the day, having posted a daily high at 0.8777 and low at 0.8769.

We have a quiet calendar for the pair until later in the week, and Nonfarm payrolls might just be the catalyst to give the greenback some traction again, with losses seen across the board so far and the bird taking full advantage. NZD/USD spot is however in neutral territory currently according to the hourly FXStreet OB/OS Index, while the FXStreet Trend Index is still slightly bullish. The 200 SMA is currently at 0.8760, up from 0.8734 at the last period close, and climbing on the hourly NZD/USD chart.

With spot trading at 0.8771, we can see next resistance ahead at 0.8774 (Daily Open), 0.8777 (Daily High), 0.8780 (Monthly High), (Weekly High) and (Annual High). Support below can be found at 0.8769 (Hourly 20 EMA), 0.8769 (Daily Low), 0.8761 (Hourly 100 SMA), 0.8756 (Daily Classic PP) and 0.8750 (Yesterday's Low).
