Australian and Chinese Foreign Ministers to meet in Indonesia this week

Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong is expected to meet with her Chinese counterpart Wang Yi in Indonesia this week.

The main agenda of the meeting is to discuss detained (in China) Australian Cheng Lei and eventually reach a diplomatic agreement. But if that meeting goes down well, it will raise hopes for bettering the diplomatic ties further.

This comes as the US is likely to roll back tariffs imposed on some of the Chinese goods, as early as this week.
